The site development concept is based on positioning two buildings on opposite slopes of the terrain while remaining on the same contour line. This solution allows seamless movement between the house and the studio on a single level, without the need to overcome changes in elevation. The buildings are connected by a stone path made of local material, naturally embedded in the landscape and reinforcing the pedestrian link.
The house is designed as a two-storey structure clearly divided into two volumes. The larger volume, located on the southern side of the slope, contains the living and sleeping areas: a living room on the upper floor and bedrooms on the ground floor. The adjoining smaller volume — narrower, shorter, and lower — accommodates technical functions such as bathrooms, kitchen, entrance hall, wardrobes, and auxiliary rooms.
